EAM Jaishankar hails Global South’s cooperation, says it ‘has always shown middle path’

New Delhi, Jan 13 (ANI): Recalling the Global South decolonisation moments and its resistance to alignment in the face of the deeply polarised world, Union External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on January 13 extoled the diplomacy and cooperation of the countries and said that it has always shown the middle path. The Union Minister also reiterated Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘not an era of war’ remark. “Prime Minister has said that this is not an era of war. From decolonisation moments to resisting alignment in the face of the deeply polarised world, Global South has always shown the middle path, a path where diplomacy, cooperation, and dialogue take primacy of our completion, conflict, and division,” the Union Minister said.
