Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi arrives in Delhi to attend R-Day parade as chief guest

New Delhi, Jan 24 (ANI): Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi arrived in Delhi on January 24 to attend the much-awaited Republic Day celebrations. Elsisi will be attending the 74th R-Day parade as the chief guest. With aim to strengthen relations between the two countries, the Egyptian President will also hold bilateral talks with prominent Indian leaders. A meeting between him with his counterpart President Droupadi Murmu is also in the schedule. The Egyptian supremo will also meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar. Elsisi is scheduled to lay wreath at the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi at the Rajghat. The visit will last for 4 days, starting from January 24 to January 27.
