Everyone's cooperation is important for all-round development of students: CM Gehlot

Jaipur (Rajasthan) November 30(ANI): Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot inaugurated Chief Minister Bal Gopal Yojana and Chief Minister Free Uniform Distribution Scheme in Jaipur. During this, the Chief Minister also distributed uniforms to the students present in the programme. Along with this, the Chief Minister also unveiled the logo of Bal Gopal Yojana and the Free Uniform Distribution Scheme. On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that providing quality education and better health to the students is the priority of the state government. Both schemes are important steps in this direction. Under the Mukhyamantri Bal Gopal Yojana, children of classes 1 to 8, who are benefited from the mid-day meal program in the state, will be provided milk prepared from powdered milk on Tuesdays and Fridays. 476.44 crore rupees will be spent by the state government on this scheme. Similarly, under the Chief Minister's Free Uniform Distribution Scheme, students of classes 1 to 8 of government schools will be given clothes for two sets of uniforms. 200 rupees per student for stitching will be directly transferred to their bank account. 500.10 crore rupees will be spent on this scheme.
