“EVMs are bad when...” Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde ridicules Opposition’s objections to EVMs

Thane (Maharashtra), October 15 (ANI): Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde dismissed the Opposition’s objections to Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), saying they only criticize EVMs when they lose elections. He accused the Opposition of hypocrisy, emphasizing that his government focuses on development and will contest elections confidently.On Opposition’s objections to EVM, Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde said, "When Opposition wins, EVMs are good, Election Commission is good and Court is good. But when the results do not go in their favour, EVMs are bad... People of Maharashtra know that the Opposition is playing a double role in that EVMs are bad, Election Commission is bad. We face elections with strength, vigor, and development."Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde said, "Voting will be held in Maharashtra on 20th November, the day will decide the fate of the state. The works done by Mahayuti in the last 2.5 years are before the people to see...Maharashtra is heading towards progress. The state is no. 1 in all services, no. 1 in welfare schemes. Its results will be seen in the elections. The works of Maha Vikas Afghadi and the State government will be assessed. Mayayuti will form the government with an absolute majority."
