Gujarat: Fake notes of over Rs 25 crore face value seized in Surat

Surat (Gujarat) Sep 30 (ANI): Fake currency notes having face value of over Rs 25 crore was seized in Surat on Sep 29. Acting on a tip-off, Kamrej police intercepted an ambulance and recovered the counterfeit notes from the vehicle. The notes were packed in 6 cartons inside 1290 packets. Further investigation underway.
