Hajj pilgrimage 2022: First batch of devotees leaves from Srinagar

Srinagar (J&K), June 5 (ANI): The first batch of pilgrims for the Hajj pilgrimage 2022 departed from Srinagar, J&K on June 05. Pilgrims visited Hajj House to submit their relevant documents. The Jammu and Kashmir government completed the documentation process of all the devotees. For the last two years, the Saudi government had restricted religious pilgrimage due to COVID. However, in 2022 around six thousand people will be allowed to perform Hajj due to COVID restrictions.
