New Delhi July 22 (ANI): Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge on July 22 congratulated President-elect Droupadi Murmu and said that having a woman president is welcome. Speaking to ANI, Kharge said, “Having a woman President is welcome. I hope she will respect the constitution and democracy as this is what has brought her to this post. We wish her a successful tenure.”
