Shimla (Himachal Pradesh), July 28 (ANI): Amid the heavy rain in Himachal Pradesh, the horses in Shimla often had to stand in heavy rain due to the absence of a shelter. The horsemen in the hill town have demanded for a shelter so that they can keep their horses safe.
