Kullu (HP), Oct 30 (ANI): A sea of devotees on October 29 attended the International Kullu Dussehra Festival in Himachal Pradesh. Thousands of devotees gathered at the historic Rath Maidan to witness the world-famous International Kullu Dussehra Festival.
