New Delhi, September 08 (ANI): Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut on September 08 arrived in New Delhi to participate in the inauguration of ‘Kartavya Path’. The actress expressed happiness on the inauguration of the path and said that it was Netaji Subhas Chandra’s international campaign that got India its independence. A 22-feet-tall Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s colossal statue will be unveiled at the India Gate, New Delhi on September 08 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. She said, “I am not Gandhiwadi, I am Netaji Subhas Chandrawadi. People get troubled listening to this but everybody has their opinion. The struggle of Netaji and even Savarkar ji was completely denied. Just one aspect of the struggle was shown that we gained freedom only through strikes or Dandi march. But this is not true. Several people have given their blood. Netaji led a campaign internationally and drew the world’s attention to India’s pathetic condition. He participated in the second world war and build his own army. This put a lot of pressure on Britishers.”
