“I Welcome This Kaala Teeka…” PM Modi’s jibe at LoP Mallikarjun Kharge for brining ‘Black Paper’

New Delhi, February 08 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a jibe at LoP Mallikarjun Kharge in Rajya Sabha on February 08 for proposing ‘Black Paper’ against the government. He said that there is a tradition of putting ‘Kaala Teeka’ to avoid evil eye whenever some positive step is being taken. PM further said that this ‘Black Paper’ proposed by Congress was a ‘Kaala Teeka’ for the development of the country.
