IBC, Ganden Tegchenling Monastery sign MoU to promote Buddhist learning, pilgrimage

Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia), June 15 (ANI): New Delhi-based International Buddhist Confederation has signed a MoU with Ganden Tegchenling Monastery-the Centre of Mongolian Buddhists in Capital Ulaanbaatar on June 15. The purpose is to promote national and international cooperation in field of Buddhist learning, practice and pilgrimage and wisdom. The MoU was signed by International Buddhist Confederation (IBC) Deputy Secretary General of Khensur Jangchup Choeden Rinpoche and Most Venerable Da Lama Byambajav Khunkhur of Ganden Tegchenling Monastery. As per the agreement, joint research projects and activities will promote tangible and intangible Buddhist heritage in all parts of Asia but with particular reference to India and Mongolia.
