India-UK are ideally placed to meet challenges of digital world: James Cleverly

New Delhi, December 01 (ANI): Speaking virtually at the Global Technology summit, James Cleverly, Secretary of State for Foreign, United Kingdom said that India and the United Kingdom are ideally placed to use science, technology and digital leadership to meet challenges related to security of emerging technology. "We have seen faster development of new technologies. Emerging tech is fundamentally reshaping our economies and our daily lives. It is also presenting new challenges to our values and security, something that I spoke about at the UN Committee Security Council on counter-terrorism just last month. India and the United Kingdom are ideally placed to use our science, technology and digital leadership to meet these challenges and maximize these opportunities", he said.
