India welcomes Russian Language Ambassadors for Educational and Cultural Exchange

Nov 04, 2023

India, Nov 04 (ANI/ TV BRICS): Russia can be found in vivid hues, melodies, verses, and, most importantly, in the joyful expressions of youth who aspire to acquire the language and culture of their homeland. Ambassadors of the Russian language in the world have been on an expedition to India for educational and enlightenment purposes. Open lessons were held in schools and universities in India. Young participants who didn't know Russian before were able to learn individual words and phrases, get acquainted with the national traditions of the people of Russia and even perform on stage. Studying folk crafts and painting a Matryoshka doll in your favourite colours are both excellent ways to express your creativity and gain additional knowledge about Russian symbols. Methodists and organisers of the programme believe that learning something new is more effective in a playful way. For learners who are proficient in Russian, the open lesson plan is more advanced. It entails conversing with a native speaker in addition to learning specific phrases. It is very easy to penetrate the language and culture of a country if you know how its people live, what they dream about, how they have fun and what holidays they celebrate. Such knowledge creates a puzzle of mutual understanding and respect for other nations.
