Indo-French Wargames: Envoy Lenain, top commander exude confidence in working with Indian Navy

Goa (India), Jan 21 (ANI): Soon after the high-voltage ‘wargames’ between Indian Navy and French Navy culminated, top French officials, expressed confidence in collaborating with Indian Navy. “There’s a great level of trust between France and India that allows the two countries to jointly carry out extensive strategic programs not only to transfer technology but also to co-develop and co-produce important equipment”, said Ambassador of France to India Emmanuel Lenain. “Our aim is to make sure that international law is respected by everyone in every place. It’s really great to work with Indian Navy which is committed to ensure that international law is respected and fight illicit trafficking at sea”, said Joint Commander of French Forces Rear Admiral Emmanuel Slaars.
