It’s an effort to weaken armed forces: BJP on Congress’ AFSPA amendment promise

New Delhi, Apr 03 (ANI): Union Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman criticised Congress’ promise of amending Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act (AFSPA). She said, “The result of AFSPA amendment will be terrorist friendly. Is this right? It is an effort to weaken the armed forces. They are trying to dilute the immunity of our security forces.”
