Jharkhand: ‘Kanwar’ devotees throng Baba Baidyanath Temple to offer prayers

Deoghar (Jharkhand), July 18 (ANI): On the first Monday of 'Sawan' maas, ‘Kanwar’ devotees gathered at Baba Baidyanath Temple in Deoghar, Jharkhand to offer prayers on July 18. The month of ‘Sawan’ is dedicated to Lord Shiva. ‘Sawan’ is considered to be one of the most auspicious months of the year in the Hindu calendar.
