Budgam (J&K), September 25 (ANI): Voting for second phase of Jammu Kashmir Assembly elections is underway on the September 25. 26 constituencies across six districts of the UT are voting in the second phase of J&K Assembly elections. A delegation of diplomats from various countries arrived at a polling booth in J&K’s Budgam to witness the polling process.
