Katra (J&K), August 30 (ANI): Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board celebrated its 39th Foundation Day with a special ceremony at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra. Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, who also serves as the Chairman of SMVDSB, addressed the gathering at Matrika Auditorium.
