J&K LG Manoj Sinha flags off ‘Tiranga Shikara Rally’ at Dal Lake

Srinagar (J&K): Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on August 11 flagged off ‘Tiranga Shikara Rally’ at Dal Lake in Srinagar under Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. The event was organised by the Youth Services and Sports Department of J&K. Several Shikaras were specially selected for the rally and rowed together in the Dal Lake.
