J&K: Mountain Rescue Team’s rescue training operation in full swing in Samba ahead of Amarnath Yatra

Samba (J&K), April 14 (ANI): Mountain Rescue Team (MRT) has undergone training in J&K’s Samba to be fully capable of helping the travellers during Amarnath Yatra. They are also accompanied by Jammu and Kashmir Police personnel and NDRF personnel from Ludhiana, Punjab. The team is being given thorough training in the hilly areas so that these soldiers can easily overcome any disaster occurring in the country and can help the people in trouble. Like every year, these soldiers will be deployed at marked places on both the routes of the holy cave at a height of 3880 meters. Amarnath Yatra will commence on June 29 and will culminate on August 19. Lakhs of devotees from all over the country will come to offer prayers.
