New Delhi, December 13 (ANI): Speaking in Lok Sabha during discussion on the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of India, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh took a sarcastic jibe at congress and said, “some people carry the Constitution in their pocket since childhood, but they've kept it only in their pocket since then."
