Shillong (Meghalaya), Dec 18 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the Golden Jubilee celebration of the North Eastern Council in Shillong, Meghalaya on December 18. While addressing the event, the Prime Minister said that in the last 8 years, BJP showed the red card to several hurdles the in development of the Northeast.
