Cuttack (Odisha), Mar 22 (ANI): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released its first list of 184 candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections on Thursday in the national capital. Lok Sabha polls will begin from April 11 and will end on May 19. The counting of votes will take place on May 23. The list was announced by Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare JP Nadda. Speaking to ANI, BJP Spokesperson Baijayant Jay Panda said, “I would like to thank BJP and its leaders. I would also like to thank Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President Amit Shah as they have shown faith in me. I have been nominated to fight from Kendrapara Lok Sabha seat in Odisha.” “There is misgovernance in Odisha. Youth have to migrate for jobs and they have to work in very tough conditions. People want change in law and order situation,” he added.
