Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi takes over as new Army Vice Chief

New Delhi, Feb 19 (ANI): Lieutenant General Upendra Dwivedi on February 19 took over as the new Vice Chief of Army Staff. The newly-appointed Vice Chief arrived at the South Block in Delhi on Monday. He was accorded with “Guard of Honour” at South Block lawns upon his arrival.
