Manipur observes its 31st Manipuri language day

Imphal (Manipur), Aug 21 (ANI): Manipur observed its 31st Manipuri language day on August 20. On this occasion, state Chief Minister N Biren Singh paid respect to those who were involved in the movement for inclusion of the Manipuri language in the 8th schedule of Constitution of India.
