Mathura jail inmates making eco-friendly Rakhis using seeds

Mathura (UP), August 04, (ANI): Eco-friendly Rakhis are being prepared by inmates in Mathura district jail. Jail superintendent Brijesh Kumar on August 04 said, “Rakhi is being made from seeds in the prison. Its specialty is that after the festival, a person can plant the seed, which will later grow as a plant.”
