Kathmandu (Nepal), Aug 12(ANI): Thousands of Nepali Hindu devotees gathered at Kathmandu's Pashupatinath Temple on the final Monday of the holy month of Shrawan. The day holds special significance in Hindu tradition, with over 115,000 worshippers arriving early in the morning to offer prayers to Lord Shiva. This day marked the formal end of Shrawan, a month dedicated to devotion and fasting, particularly among women who seek blessings for prosperity and marital happiness. The end of Shrawan also signals the beginning of several major Hindu festivals over the coming months.
