Islamabad (Pakistan) June 01 (ANI): Days after turmoil and unrest gripped Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), a big statement came from Pakistan. Pakistan govt has admitted before Islamabad High Court that Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) is a “foreign territory”. The statement came after the hearing of a kidnapping case of Kashmiri poet and journalist Ahmed Farhad Shah. The journalist was allegedly kidnapped from his home in Rawalpindi by Pakistan's intelligence agencies on May 15. As per Dunya News, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani presided over the proceedings on the plea filed by Farhad's spouse. The High Court remarked that the case would culminate only on the appearance of Farhad in court. Later, AAG stated that Farhad cannot be produced as PoK in a “foreign land” which doesn’t come under Pak’s jurisdiction
