Opposition interested in playing politics, not concerned about farmers’ problems: NS Tomar

New Delhi, July 19 (ANI): Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar on July 19 said that the Opposition is not concerned about the problems of the farmers and is only interested in playing politics. Speaking to media persons, NS Tomar said, “Opposition is not concerned about the issues facing the farmers or the common man. They are just interested in playing politics, in a bid to stall the progress and welfare of the public. PM Modi and BJP committed to ensuring benefits to the farmers.” “After the announcement by PM Modi, govt has constituted a committee to deliberate on farmers’ issues like the need to promote organic farming, making MSP effective, and crop diversification. The govt is being transparent about it,” he added.
