Pak-linked deadly uranium package seized at Heathrow airport: Report

London (United Kingdom): A potential nuclear attack was snubbed at Heathrow Airport as a deadly uranium package was seized. Once again, Pakistan’s links have come to the fore in such attempts. The seized uranium package reportedly originated from Pakistan. Then it was shipped to Muscat, Oman, and put in the cargo hold of jet. The Heathrow Airport authorities were alarmed when the package triggered sensors. It was suspected of being smuggled to UK-based Iranians. Uranium is seen deadly as it is majorly used to produce nuclear energy. “The race is on to trace everyone involved with this rogue non-manifested package” reported The Sun.
