Pakistan authorities creating propaganda in Balochistan over completion of CPEC project

Geneva (Switzerland), Apr 02 (ANI): Speaking on the completion of 10 years of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and developments taking place at border regions near Balochistan, Baloch Voice Association President Munir Mengal on April 02 said that as per the reports received, none of the projects of CPEC have been completed and the Pakistan authorities are creating propaganda. Also, he highlighted that the people of Balochistan contend Pakistan of having occupied their land. Pakistan and China have recently reviewed bilateral ties and agreed to expand and reinforce political and security cooperation, bilateral trade, economic and financial cooperation, cultural exchanges, tourism, and people-to-people ties, according to The News International. The development comes as the third round of Pakistan-China bilateral political consultations (BPC) was held in Beijing. The two sides noted the completion of 10 years of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and they reaffirmed their commitment to CPEC which remained a key pillar of bilateral cooperation and a symbol of deepening friendship between the two nations, The News International reported. China and Pakistan agreed to remain engaged in the expansion of CPEC including on participation of third parties to enhance regional connectivity and cooperation.
