PoK: Anti-Pak protests erupt demanding rollback of proposed ‘15th Amendment’

Bradford, United Kingdom/ Muzaffarabad, PoK: - People across the illegally occupied Kashmir are carrying out massive anti-Pakistan protests as they fear that Islamabad is trying to snatch even the limited rights and liberty they enjoyed till date. Demonstrators say that they have come to terms with the years of Pakistani subjugation and discrimination but this step, which involves bringing holistic changes to the political and administrative system of the region through a legislation, has come as the final nail in the coffin and would provide unlimited powers to the politicians in Islamabad. Recently, Mehmood Kashmiri, an activist from the region, while leading a demonstration against Pakistan in the United Kingdom said that with this move to introduce the 15th Amendment to the Constitution, Pakistan is eyeing to control the region's natural resources and urged the people to raise their voice against this aggression.
