Sonamarg (J&K), June 28 (ANI): The preparations for Langars (Food Stalls) for Amarnath Yatra pilgrims are in full swing at Baltal base camp of Sonamarg in Jammu and Kashmir. The Amarnath Yatra is going to commence after a gap of two years on June 30. Everyone including pilgrims, tent owners, shopkeepers, volunteers, and other service providers, needs to eat well during Yatra and good-quality food is essential. For that, a number of people have set up their food stalls, also known as Langars, to serve people during the Yatra in order to make their Yatra comfortable this year, especially for pilgrims who are coming from different areas of the country. Everyone is happy since the announcement of one-and-a-half-month-long Amarnath Yatra, which will begin from both Pahalgam and Baltal routes. It is a symbol of the communal harmony in the valley. Preparations for almost 50 Langars along the route from Baltal base camp to the holy cave is already underway. The service providers are thrilled and ready to assist pilgrims throughout the Yatra.
