Ranil Wickremesinghe sworn in as acting President of Sri Lanka

Colombo (Sri Lanka), July 15 (ANI): Ranil Wickremesinghe was sworn in as acting President by Sri Lankan Chief Justice Jayantha Jayasuriya on July 15. Earlier, President Gotabaya Rajapaksa escaped to the Maldives, Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe was made the interim President of Sri Lanka.
