The resolution of good governance came true: CM Ashok Gehlot

Jaipur, 17 January (ANI): At the Chintan Shivir in Jaipur, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that the state government has made sensitive, transparent and accountable good governance a reality on the ground. Every possible effort has been made to fulfil whatever promises were made to the public. It is the result of the government's commitment that 77 per cent of the promises made in the public manifesto have been fulfilled, while 19 per cent are in progress. That is, overall 96 per cent of the promises have been fulfilled. Similarly, out of 2,722 budget announcements made in the last 4 years, financial sanctions have been issued for about 2,549, which is 94 per cent. So far, 49 per cent of budget announcements have been completed and 37 per cent are in progress. Along with this, the Chief Minister said that it was not easy to fulfil the budget announcements due to limited resources, the COVID pandemic and other adverse circumstances. The state government has worked day and night to fulfil the promises made to the people. As a result of this, by achieving an 11.04 per cent economic growth rate, Rajasthan has been in second place in the State Gross Domestic Product in the country. Per capita income has also increased.
