Shocking! Taj Mahal gets property, water tax notices

Agra (UP), Dec 20 (ANI): Agra Municipal Corporation has issued a notice to the Archaeological Survey of India and asked it to pay a property tax of around Rs 1.40 Lakhs and the water tax of around Rs 1 Crore on the Taj Mahal. It was shocking as notices related to taxes on the Taj Mahal were received for the first time by the authority. The Taj Mahal is one of the ‘Seven Wonders of the World’ and is among the protected monument of India.
