Teachers in PoK intensify protests, threaten blockade if demands not met

Muzaffarabad, PoK, 22 February 2021: - Hundreds of teachers, who have been protesting for weeks in Muzaffarabad city of Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) have put the government on notice. They say the administration has not been considering their demands of salary hike and up gradation seriously and the time has come to take their movement one step forward. Pen down strikes, blockading of major roads and highways and a sweeping boycott of all the responsibilities assigned to them is the blueprint.
