In touch with officials in flood-affected areas, rescue operations on: Maharashtra CM Shinde

Mumbai, July 14 (ANI): As heavy rains continue to pound Maharashtra, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on July 14 stated that they are keeping an eye on the situation. He also stated that efforts are also being made to rescue people stranded in flood affected areas. While addressing a Press Conference in Mumbai, the CM said, “We are in touch with the district magistrates of the flood-affected districts. We are keeping an eye on the situation for the next 24 hours. NDRF deployed and IAF kept on alert.”
