Union Minister attends centenary celebration of Kolkata's Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Int’l Airport

Kolkata, December 22 (ANI): Kolkata’s Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport completed its 100 years of flight operations on December 21. Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu attended the centenary celebration of the airport. He paid floral tribute to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and planted a sapling during his tour around the airport. Union Minister also inaugurated 'Udaan Yaatri Cafe' as he attended the centenary celebration. Chairman of the Airports Authority of India, Vipin Kumar said, “It is a matter of great joy that Kolkata Airport has completed 100 years today and on this occasion, the minister has inaugurated Udaan Cafe so that the common man can also get a good facility here and it will be our endeavour to provide the best facilities not only at the national level but also at the world level to every citizen.”
