Gandhinagar (Gujarat), Apr 23 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi met his mother Heeraben Modi at her residence in Gandhinagar to get her blessings before casting his vote. Voting for third phase of Lok Sabha polls is underway for 116 Parliamentary seats across 15 states and union territories.
