Mandi (Himachal Pradesh), Apr 25 (ANI): Himachal Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Satpal Singh Satti stirred controversy on Wednesday after he said that he would chop off the hands of persons who dares to raise fingers at BJP leaders. While addressing a public rally in HP’s Mandi, he said, “Our leaders are sitting on the dais. If anyone dares to raise their finger, we would chop their hands off. We are not nincompoops. We are not a group of stupid people.”
