Young artists attend mehndi workshop and competition in J&K

Srinagar (J&K), Apr 30 (ANI): Mehndi workshop and competition was organised for young mehndi fashion designers with aim to provide platform for young mehndi artist of Kashmir valley, through women empowerment. The event was organised by Henna arts foundation, in which many young mehndi artists of the valley participated. Participants had appreciated this step taken by the foundation, as this will help them to enhance their artistic skills as Mehndi as mehndi designer. This was the first time, that any workshop related to mehndi was organised. The main motive to organise this event was to provide platform to show their talent, so that they can take this field as careers. According, to organisers, Kashmiri girls have potential, thus they only need right platform.
