Zelenskyy presses panic button, says Russia planning to target strategic Ukranian dam

Ukraine President Zelenskyy has alleged that Russian forces had planted explosives inside Nova Kakhovka dam in Kherson. He also alleged that Putin is planning to blow up the Nova Kakhovka dam on Dnipro River. Ukrainian officials sounded the alarm that Moscow might blow it up and blame Kyiv. Zelenskyy said that bursting the dam could send a wall of water flooding settlements in Kherson. It would also wreck the canal system that irrigates much of southern Ukraine, including Crimea.
