These included a Rs 2 lakh crore PM package to promote employment and skill development among the youth and the formation of more than 90 lakh self-help groups (SHGs) under the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana--National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) for women, which had helped 10 crore women to promote financial inclusion, digital literacy, sustainable livelihoods and social development measures.
