Owner of Narela footwear factory booked after fire kills 2, injures 18

Delhi Police Tuesday registered a case under sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against the owner of the footwear factory in Narela following a fire incident which took place on Tuesday leaving 2 dead and 18 injured.
