Mohammed bin Rashid issues Decree establishing Dubai Resilience Centre

Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, has issued Decree No. (48) of 2024 to establish the Dubai Resilience Centre. The entity aims to enhance Dubai's capacity to manage risks, emergencies, crises, and disasters, reinforcing its position as a global leader in agility and preparedness. The Centre, under the Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management, will coordinate resilience planning, conduct data analysis, develop response strategies, and execute simulation exercises. All entities in Dubai are mandated to support the Centre, which will report directly to the Supreme Committee.
