The Jeay Sindh Freedom Movement (JSFM) condemned the killing of Shah Nawaz Kunbhar, declaring his martyrdom a powerful symbol in the struggle for Sindh's rights. JSFM emphasised Sindh's historical resistance to state-sponsored extremism, asserting the region's commitment to peace and human rights. Kunbhar, who had been missing since September 12, previously stated his social media account was hacked and denied sharing blasphemous content. A recent report revealed the misuse of Pakistan's blasphemy laws, highlighting ongoing challenges faced by Sindhis in their quest for autonomy and justice.
Thanking India's leadership, the White House further said that this expansion will help monitor illegal fishing and other illegal activities in waters where China's influence is growing.
